My Story

Hello, My name is Heidi Frost. I am originally from Long Island, New York. My professional background is in occupational therapy, primarily in physical rehabilitation. After spending over 19 years working with patients in a traditional medical setting. I came to realize that many of the chronic conditions my patients were suffering from could have been prevented or better managed through a healthy lifestyle including balanced nutrition and regular exercise.

I have a career, I am a wife and a mother of two small children. I truly understand the challenges of incorporating self care in to our busy lives and including our own health, fitness and wellness on our long list of priorities. In 2010 I struggled with my own health challenges.

I was chronically stressed, my adrenals were overworked and my cortisol level was always elevated. I suffered from chronic fatigue, gained 25lbs and could rarely sleep for more than three hours at a time.

I suffered from severe digestive issues that only contributed to my fatigue and weight gain. My gut was inflamed and my body was suffering from high toxic load.

I made a decision that I no longer wanted to live my life in pain and paralyzed by fatigue. I was missing out on memorable moments with my family and could barely keep up in my career

Something had to change.

These health challenges inspired me to pursue my training and education in holistic health and wellness so that I could heal my mind and body in a natural way with diet and lifestyle.

I became a certified health coach, registered yoga instructor, naturopathic wellness coach and weight loss coach. I have worked with hundreds of clients that have had remarkable success with improved health and quality of life.

I believe in a realistic approach that is designed to match each clients lifestyle and needs. I approach each client as unique individual with specific values. Together we create  custom goals and an action plan for success. I provide consistent accountability for my clients, and work through the highs and lows of the transition process to create long term healthy habits.

I do not believe in food or calorie restrictions, and understand that life is all about balance. I develop my programs around simple, basic concepts and believe that healthy living does not have to be complicated.

I am confident that every individual has the ability to achieve their goals with the appropriate program and support.

I also realize that timing in life is everything, and people must be willing, ready, and able to make the commitment to themselves. Every client’s individual journey to health takes a different path, taking the first step is the most important one. I practice a natural, holistic approach to health and wellness and teach my clients to do the same. I look forward to working with you on your journey to a healthier life. Transform your health.
